Technician​/Engineer Facility Management

IMF is one of the most important engineering service providers in building technology with over 275 employees at 8 locations. We are currently looking to strengthen our Facility Management team in the area of planning and/or construction management.

• Bachelor
• Master

• Collaboration in the development of sustainable building technology and energy concepts
• Carrying out as-built data surveys, for example of systems requiring inspection or room book data collection
• Preparation of building and facility assessments
• Optimisation of facility management services (e.g. management concepts, maintenance strategies, service level agreements, etc.)
• Carrying out tenders for technical and infrastructural facility management services, including the preparation of tender documents
• Preparation of documentation guidelines
• Creation of measurement and counting concepts
• Carrying out profitability analyses

• Completed studies or qualification as a state-certified technician m|w|d
• Passionate interest in all project phases | service phases of the HOAI
• Several years of professional experience as a project manager or specialist planner
• Willingness to learn and the ability to organise yourself
• Confident handling of common calculation tools and Office programmes
• Goal- and result-orientated
• Business fluent in German
