Position

Staff Pharmacist (Hourly) – PRN at Sam’s Club, Brunswick, GA

$47.00/hr – $82.00/hr (hourly wage range; additional premiums may apply)

Provides comprehensive patient care through dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, counseling members on medication needs, and maintaining confidential and required documentation. Supports company guidelines by enforcing best practices, resolving member complaints, ensuring compliance with legal and safety protocols, and mentoring associates.

• Process and accurately dispense prescription orders
• Administer immunizations
• Counsel members regarding health care and pharmacy services
• Maintain confidential information and required documentation
• Enforce company and legal policies, regulations, and safety controls
• Analyze reports and implement action plans for loss prevention and quality assurance
• Provide direction and guidance to associates to resolve member issues
• Mentor and develop team members
• Model integrity and ethical behavior aligned with Walmart values

• B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.
  
  D. degree or equivalent (FPGEC/NABP)
• Active Pharmacy license (valid by job entry date)
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)

• Prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting preferred
• Knowledge of Walmart health care policies and procedures
