Rocky Ridge Brunswick is the brewery's home on Australia's east coast and they've quickly built a community around their taproom. They're looking for an assistant venue manager to help run the Brunswick Brew House.

From our humble beginnings on the family farm in Jindong, Western Australia, we’ve grown into a thriving, community-focused national brewery with a proud sustainability story. Our goal is simple—brew world-class beer using the best local produce, with the least environmental impact.
After some internal movement within the hospitality side of our business, we’re now on the hunt for our next hospo gun to assist in leading the team at our Brunswick Brew House.
The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant
Venue Managerto work alongside our Venue Manager at our Brunswick location. This is a hands‑on leadership role, balancing service excellence, team management, and financial accountability. The venue seats over 200 thirsty guests with plans for exciting expansion projects in the near future!
Leadership & People
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing team.
- Build a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, service, and hospitality excellence.
Venue Operations
- Oversee day‑to‑day service across the bar, floor, and kitchen.
- Ensure consistency in guest experience, beer quality, and product presentation.
- Manage stock, ordering and inventory.
- Maintain compliance with liquor licensing, food safety, and workplace health & safety.
- Maintenance of beer system including line cleaning, faucet and dispense upkeet.
- Assist the venue manager with consistent reporting.
- Help drive revenue growth through events, activations, and community engagement.
- 2+ years’ experience in venue management (brewery, pub, or restaurant preferred).
- Current RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certifications.
- Passion for craft beer, local produce, and genuine hospitality.
- Hands‑on, adaptable, and thrive in a fast‑paced service environment.
