A leading technology service provider is seeking a Service Desk Lead in Georgia to manage IT support operations for Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers. The role requires 5+ years of experience in help desk services, preferably in an enterprise environment, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Responsibilities include overseeing service desk operations, providing mentorship, and developing service standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills, as well as ITIL-based experience. This full-time position is exclusive to U.S. citizens.
