Our client, a leading organization in pharmaceutical distribution, is seeking a Director of Warehouse Operations to join their team. As a Director of Warehouse Operations, you will be supporting strategic growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and innovative problem‑solving skills.

Job Title: Director of Warehouse Operations

Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000

Shift: Flexible/rotating between the hours of 7am-7pm M-F

• Oversee and direct all warehouse operations, including forecasting, demand planning, procurement, and logistics management.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards related to warehouse and distribution activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in warehouse operations management, business administration, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.
• Ten or more years of warehouse operations management experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and logistics technologies.
• Proven success in developing and executing warehouse strategies that enhance business results.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
