Assistant Manager

Join Parachute is hiring an Assistant Manager in the Center Management department, located in Brunswick, GA.

Compensation: Up to $70,000 ($50,000 – $55,000 base + up to 25% monthly bonus) + benefits.

You’ll partner with the Center Director and lead on donation operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming experience for donors while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and team performance.

• Own day-to-day operations by engaging on the donor floor and ensuring smooth donor flow.
• Partner with the Center Director to plan and execute operational goals around donor experience and compliance.
• Lead by example, coaching team members in real time.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards, supporting audits and inspections.
• Manage and maintain inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional team members while fostering growth and accountability.
• Communicate and align expectations through regular team syncs, sharing updates and focus points.

• High school diploma, GED, or higher education.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and work in cold environments (–40 °C) for short periods.
• Ability to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
