Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions LLC, a Chenega Professional Services' company, is looking for a Project Manager (FLETC Role playing) to support the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Brunswick, GA. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of contract performance supporting the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). This role ensures operational excellence across technical efforts, staffing, and role playing activities.

Responsibilities
* Plan, direct, organize, control, and coordinate technical efforts, contractor manpower, and role playing team activities.
* Provide administrative guidance, program control, and technical supervision of personnel involved in support of contract requirements.
* Manage and supervise a large team (300+ part-time employees) and administrative staff.
* Interface with Government personnel designated by the Contracting Officer (CO) and respond promptly.
* Maintain flexible scheduling to ensure continuous on-site managerial coverage during normal duty hours.
* Serve as the main point of contact for the contract to the Government with full decision-making authority.
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Minimum of three (3) consecutive years of experience within the last five (5) years as a manager or supervisor in a related field of comparable magnitude (management, administrative staff, and over 100 part-time employees).
* College degree preferred but not required.
* PMP Certification preferred but not required.
* Must pass a background examination for suitability to support Law Enforcement training.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
