Environmental Services Supervisor

We’re looking for an Environmental Services Manager to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals! The
Environmental Services Manager
is accountable for ensuring that thefacilityis well maintained and provides residents and staff a comfortable and clean environment to live and work. The
Environmental Services Manager
adheres to our customer service philosophy by providing excellent customer service to Residents and their Families, and Team Members.

• Plans, coordinates, manages, and performs activities of the Environmental and Laundry Departments;
• Supervises work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure sanitary, orderly, and attractive conditions in the facility;
• Directs and supervises scheduling of employees within established guidelines;
• Understands, complies with and promotes all rules and regulations regarding safety and residents’ rights; promotes positive relationships with residents, visitors, and regulators, to include presenting a professional appearance;
• Adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance policy, including documentation and reporting responsibilities;
• Attends and participates in educational activities, in-service training, and staff meetings;
• Participates in Quality Improvement activities as assigned;
• Other duties as assigned or needed.

• Floor stripping experience is strongly
  preferred.
• Ability to meet all health requirements, including a drug screen.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
