They're searching for a packaging line operator to join them at their Brunswick brewery.
Job Description:Packaging Operator
Rocky Ridge is Australia’s first Carbon Neutral and Certified Sustainable Brewery committed to making great beer and doing it the right way while we have a great time doing it! We have an opportunity to join our production crew at our Brunswick brewery for a packaging gun who is all about great beer and making sure it gets to the customer in the best possible condition.
Salary and package Negotiable in line with Industry expectations.
Position: Packaging Operator
Reporting To: Head Brewer, Quality Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation of CODI canning line in line with SOPs to ensure best quality of product possible
- Kegging off in line with SOPs to ensure best quality of product possible
- Record keeping of all quality parameters
- Maintain packaging equipment and area in a clean and sanitary condition and assist with preventative maintenance to keep down time to a minimum
- Support Quality Assurance team with standard and quality checks
- Troubleshoot beverage conditions and mechanical issues
- Comply with, and contribute to, Quality & Environmental continual improvement standards.
- Assist with general warehousing tasks
General Requirements:
- Well presented + Punctual
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Forklift license, or able to get one
- Prior experience on a CODI line preferred but not necessarily required
