• Provide direct patient care to critically ill adults in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs and responding to rapid changes in patient status
• Administer medications, monitor IV infusions, and adjust therapies per physician orders and protocol
• Manage ventilated patients, adjust ventilator settings as prescribed, and collaborate with respiratory therapy
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments, document findings, and participate in care planning with the multidisciplinary team
• Support patient safety and infection control standards, including aseptic technique and charting
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the health care team; document care plans and rounds participation

• Active RN license in Georgia (or eligibility to practice in the assignment state)
• ICU/critical care nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (3×12 schedule)
• Must live 80+ miles from the facility (assignment requirement)
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
