• Provide direct patient care for critically ill adults in the ICU, with continuous monitoring and rapid response to clinical changes.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and hemodynamic interventions per physician orders.
• Manage airway support and equipment, including ventilator management and associated therapies as needed.
• Monitor vital signs, interpret telemetry, and communicate changes to the multidisciplinary team.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record.
• Ensure infection control, patient safety, and adherence to evidence‑based ICU protocols; participate in handoffs and shift reports.

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Georgia
• ICU nursing experience preferred; ability to work in a high‑acuity critical care setting
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts
• Must reside 80+ miles from the assignment facility
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
