• Conduct exterior property inspections in assigned county; 5–6 minutes per inspection.
• Complete inspections and submit reports within 4 days of assignment.
• Take 9+ photos of the property and provide brief comments.
• Report general property condition via a mobile application.
• Spend extended periods driving to inspection sites.
