• Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives.
• Greeting customers as they are seated, ensuring the table is clean and all utensils, napkins, and other needs are provided.
• Providing a positive guest experience, menu knowledge, and proper use of our point‑of‑sale systems.
• Taking accurate food/beverage orders and delivering completed orders to guests.
• Pre‑bus tables to maintain a clean environment.
• Stocking service areas with supplies such as coffee, tea, ice, etc.
• Collecting payments and operating the cash register.

• Ability to listen and follow directions.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accountability.
• Ability to function well in a fast‑paced environment.

• Ability to lead and direct while cultivating a healthy and collaborative team environment.

• Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment.
• May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and may be required to work with cleaning chemicals.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds with a team.
