• When it comes to the customer experience – manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience; provide a custom-fit solution for each hair and beauty need.
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules and company policies.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and standards.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self-starter with a drive to learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.
