Overall Job Summary

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks like merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The High Volume FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity through detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate customers.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18 or older. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance required.

Working Conditions

• Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots with hard surfaces.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 2000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders throughout shifts.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete training successfully.
