Base Pay: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr
ResponsibilitiesYou will shape the member’s entire shopping experience by providing a positive first and last impression. The role involves ensuring the parking lot is well-kept, assisting members with loading their vehicles, and keeping carts ready and available. You will sweep members off their feet by thriving in fast-paced environments, multitasking, prioritizing member satisfaction, standing for long periods, and solving obstacles to complete tasks with excellence.
- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer member questions.
- Keep the parking lot clean and member-ready.
Experience in customer service and ability to stand for extended periods are preferred. All applicants must comply with Sam's Club’s drug-free workplace policy.
