Bath & Body Works is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at Glynn Place Mall. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, helping customers find products, and contributing to a positive, high-energy store environment during the holiday season.

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demonstrating products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, safe, and engaging store environment.
• Maintain store policies and procedures in daily operations.
