Position summary:

Be part of the freezer, cooler, and deli team; responsibilities include stocking, maintaining sanitation and temperature control, and providing customer service at the deli counter. You will help keep shelves stocked, ensure product quality, and support operations to make the shopping experience positive for members.

• Maintains safety by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conducts safety sweeps; handles hazardous materials properly; reports unsafe conditions.
• Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area; handles claims and returns; stocks merchandise; cleans and organizes displays; verifies pricing; completes required documentation; secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and promoting products and services.
• Follows policies for Freezer/Cooler area; operates, repairs, and sanitizes equipment; adheres to cold chain procedures; keeps area clean; monitors equipment; reports issues.

• Minimum:
  Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with stocking and customer service preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing work scenarios; problem-solving mindset; creative thinking.
