• Provide a friendly greeting to all customers upon entering the store or on the phone.
• Get to know your customers, learn, and use their name.
• Make customers feel important and valued.
• Provide quick, friendly service.
• Assist customers by pointing out promotional items and suggestive selling when appropriate.
• Thank customers for their business and invite them back.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning & Housekeeping:
  Inside
• Maintain restrooms, floors, coolers, shelves, food prep areas, and back office in a clean, organized, and odor-free condition.
• Cleaning & Housekeeping:
  Outside
• Keep parking lot, windows, doors, sidewalk, trash cans, fuel islands, and surrounding areas clean and free of trash and hazards.
• Merchandising
• Stock and face merchandise, price items, and maintain coolers and displays.
• Accounting/Legal
• Handle cash and credit transactions, refunds, adhere to sales policies, and observe shoplifting and theft prevention.
• Miscellaneous
• Check in vendors, maintain safety, attend meetings, and report maintenance issues.

• Must be physically fit to lift, bend, stand for up to 8 hours, and work in a cooler at 32°F.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, push/pull 45 lbs, and perform basic math.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Able to climb ladders, react to emergencies, and maintain safety protocols.
