ResponsibilitiesMaster our sales process within a six‑month timeframe. As you cultivate and expand your market presence, you will transition into a mentor role, imparting your strategies for success to new team members.

- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain, with study course provided and state licensing fee reimbursement).
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of four years post‑high school work experience (candidates within six months of degree completion or with less than four years of professional experience, if they have relevant sales or athletic background, will be considered).
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle—three business days) plus monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
