Lewis and Raulerson, Inc is seeking a qualified Sales & Service Representative for the Fuel and Lubricants department. The overall role of this position is to successfully manage a territory, identify new business opportunities and maintain the current customer base. A great candidate would be experienced in sales, knowledgeable in the Lubricant, Fuel and Fue Loc (Gas/fuel credit card program) business sectors of the company, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet with potential and existing clients face-to-face to build relationships, understand their needs, and close sales
- Work within a specific geographic area to generate leads, develop a customer base, and meet sales targets
- Provide customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues for clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Track sales activities, report regularly on performance
- Assist with managing our Fue Loc (Gas/fuel credit card program)
- Continuous expansion of lubes and fuel business knowledge via trade journals, industry trade groups, supplier websites and personnel contact with our supplier support personnel
- Excellent written and verbal skills for customer interactions, negotiations, and presentations.
- Basic math with the ability to use formulas, decimals and percentage mark ups.
- Capacity to address and resolve issues related to product quality, delivery, or client needs.
- Foundational understanding of fuel products and services.
- Ability to develop strategies for customer retention and account growth.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite of products and services.
- Year over year average revenue growth.
This is a full time, salaried position eligible for commissions based on performance. Job location is based on the road in the general Brunswick, Ga area.
