Pay: This full-time or part-time position pays $17.50 per hour and provides the opportunity to work with a company that invests in its people and fosters professional growth.

Schedule: This full- or part-time position offers flexible scheduling with all shifts available, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime opportunities may also be available based on client needs. Temporary openings are ready for immediate hire.

As a full- or part-time Unarmed Security Officer, you will provide both fixed and roving patrol security for a client site in Brunswick, GA. You will maintain an alert and professional presence, ensuring the safety and security of the property, residents, and visitors. Each shift, you will monitor entrances and exits, allow authorized access, and observe for unusual or unsafe conditions.

You will respond to incidents, document accidents or suspicious activity, and call emergency services when necessary. You will maintain detailed daily activity reports using paper, computer, smartphone, or tablet systems. You will assist and greet residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, strictly follow client rules and policies, and represent E.K.G Security, Inc. with integrity. Your work may require walking and standing for extended periods, climbing stairs or ladders, and operating in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• At least 18 years old
• Customer service experience
• Ability to pass any state-required training or qualifications and complete site-specific training before assignment
• Completion of the State of Georgia 24-hour Basic Security Officer course within six months of hire
• Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment, console monitors, and basic computer or tablet software
• Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and daily reports
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, climb stairs with loads, and stand or walk for extended periods
• Willingness to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Commitment to maintaining a professional demeanor, following client and company policies, and upholding safety standards
• Possession of a mobile phone and an active email address
• Ability to market and represent E.K.G Security, Inc. services professionally
• If prior military, the ability to provide a DD-214 discharge documentation upon a job offer
