Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Brunswick, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security‑related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your presence supports a secure environment, and you will deliver exceptional customer service and communication.
This is a driving post, requiring you to operate company or client vehicles as part of your patrol duties.

- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols for the aerospace and defense environment.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
- Monitor access points and restricted areas, verifying credentials and reporting any unusual behavior or security‑related concerns.
- Document all patrol activities, incidents, and observations according to Allied Universal and site‑specific requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and local authorities as needed during routine operations and emergency situations.
- Remain attentive to changes in the environment and report any maintenance or security‑related hazards identified during patrols.
- At least one year of security‑related experience is required.
- Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
