Mid Coast Hospital, a 93-bed full-service hospital and proud member of Maine Health, is seeking a full-time Hospitalist to join our experienced and collaborative team.
This position offers the opportunity to practice high-quality inpatient medicine in a collaborative environment that values teamwork and work-life balance. It is a full-time role consisting primarily of daytime rounding shifts, with a mix of swing shifts as part of the regular schedule. Hospitalists at Mid Coast enjoy access to the resources of the Maine Health system while serving patients in a close-knit, community-focused setting.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
Education/Training:
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency or fellowship program in the relevant specialty, or equivalent.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Eligible for licensure in the State of Maine.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing and privileges at designated hospital locations.
