Patient Service Representative (PSR) Orthopedics & Sports Medicine – Brunswick, ME Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (Future schedule possibilities: 7:45 a.m.–4:15 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) About the RoleNo bones about it—Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in Brunswick is looking to expand our team! We’re seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to support our busy, patient-focused practice.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients—scheduling appointments, managing check-ins, and helping ensure a smooth, welcoming experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent customer service skills, and pays close attention to detail.
Previous healthcare experience is not required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, scheduling, or administrative work are strongly encouraged to apply.
