Summary: Join Sweetser's Clinical Team as a Crisis Clinical Supervisor. Provide clinical leadership and oversight of the Mobile Crisis Intervention Program, Crisis Aftercare, and OPTIONS program (Overdose Prevention, Naloxone, and Safety) in the assigned district(s). Ensure delivery of high‑quality services to clients experiencing psychiatric crises and SUD/OUD. Oversee daily operations, supervise program staff, and coordinate care integration.

Essential Functions:
- Oversee program staff, ensuring responsiveness to client needs and high‑quality care.
- Maintain up‑to‑date familiarity with crisis services, protocols and best practices for SUD/OUD interventions.
- Foster collaborative relationships with law enforcement, EMS and community partners.
- Provide training, supervision, education and clinical direction to staff.
- Develop and maintain program information and resources guides.
- Track and manage contract reporting requirements.
- Coordinate recruitment and hiring of direct‑service staff.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with the Director on program needs and directives.
- Lead staff clinical and administrative meetings.
- Supervise staff and communicate supervision activities.
- Support program operations within budget.
- Monitor high‑risk cases and develop staffing schedules.
- Represent Sweetser at collaborative meetings, outreach events, and community education.
- Collaborate with area service network to facilitate access and coordinate services.
- Ensure program meets organization and licensing standards and policies.
- Provide client oversight, coordination, and therapeutic resolution, including assessment and service planning.
- Provide direct care as needed.
- Offer on‑call supervision to crisis staff after hours during the week, and 24‑hour coverage on weekends and holidays in rotation.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Experience: Three (3) years post‑bachelor's experience in a mental health setting, with crisis services and supervisory experience preferred.
Education: Master's Degree in professional clinical discipline.
Licensure: LCSW, LCPC, LMSW‑cc, LCPC‑cc.

Brunswick, ME | Base Salary: $10,000.00–$52,000.00.
