Patient Service Representative - MH Gastroenterology (Brunswick Office)
Location: 121 Medical Center Drive, Suite 3400, Brunswick, ME 04011
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:15 PM
Remote Flexibility: None (onsite only)
Position SummaryMaine Health's Gastroenterology practice in Brunswick is seeking a dedicated and patient‑focused Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients and families, the PSR plays an essential role in creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient clinic environment. This position supports front‑desk operations, scheduling, patient check‑in/check‑out, insurance verification, and collaboration with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
RequiredMinimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Six months of medical office experience required.

Proficient computer skills.
