Main responsibilities:- Partner with Store and Department Management to plan staffing needs and manage full-cycle recruitment.
- Conduct interviews, prescreen applicants, and coordinate orientation sessions.
- Represent the company at local recruiting events and job fairs.
- Maintain accurate personnel files, time and attendance records, and process associate data changes.
- Serve as liaison between store associates and HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams.
- Assist with performance management, leaves of absence, and compliance documentation.
- Support scheduling processes and operational programs.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. High level of confidentiality and professionalism. - Competencies
:
Organizational and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused approach. Adaptability and attention to detail. - Knowledge
: HR processes and compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS systems preferred. - Abilities
:
Manage multiple tasks effectively. Build relationships across teams and with external partners. Represent the company professionally at events. - Educational requirements
: 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, associate relations, or related field preferred. - Travel requirements
:
Occasional local travel for recruiting events and job fairs. - Other requirements
:
Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
