Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU assignment requiring a ME or compact license and at least two years of ICU experience.

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15
• 13-week contract assignment
• Patient population includes critically ill adults requiring intensive monitoring and interventions
• May be required to float to facilities within a 25-mile radius as needed
• No travel pairs or groups will be considered for this position
• Local candidates within 90 miles of any Maine Health facility (ME or NH residents) will be considered local for pay purposes
• Returning employees must disclose employment within Maine Health facilities in the past 12 months
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• SSN and date of birth may be required for onboarding
• Holiday and weekend coverage may be required based on the assignment

• Active ME or compact state RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• Must provide a driver's license for consideration
