American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry night shift position requiring 2 years of experience and a Maine or compact RN license.
Details- Work in the Medical/Surgical Central unit of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Float policy of 25 miles between facilities as needed
- Uses EPIC EMR system
- Active RN license (Maine or Compact) required
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- AHA certifications must be completed before start if non-AHA certifications are submitted
- Driver's License required for consideration
- 2 professional references required
- Provide nursing care to medical/surgical patients requiring telemetry monitoring
- Candidates located within 90 miles of any Maine Health facility are considered local and subject to local pay rates
- Local travelers are not eligible for renewals or extensions
- RTO should be kept to a minimum, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for a 13-week contract
- Candidates who have worked at any Maine Health facility within the past 12 months should be identified during consideration
- Use of Air Pods, laptops, and cell phones on the unit is prohibited
