• Complete the PLACE Experienced Agent Launch program with success
• Engage in team activities according to team standards
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties
• Negotiate offers for your clients

• Hold a valid real estate license
• 1 year of experience in real estate sales (preferred)
• You have a natural drive and a competitive edge in sales.
• You excel at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions.
• Familiar with prospecting, generating and nurturing leads
• You communicate effectively and are dedicated to providing excellent service.
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Open to learning scripts and dialogues
