• Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald's standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth handoff.
• May be responsible for meeting shift targets and helping assigned departments reach their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in a fast‑paced McDonald's environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older to serve as manager in our corporate‑owned restaurants.
