Base pay range: $15.00/hr – $17.00/hr

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment where no two days are alike.
• Prepare and brew coffee, stock shelves, and restock coolers and freezers.
• Maintain a clean and organized store as part of a team effort.
• Support the manager in day‑to‑day operations and cross‑train in all areas of the store.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–6 months of retail or guest‑service restaurant experience.
• Serv Safe/Food Safety certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Comfortable communicating with guests and team members.
• High energy and the ability to shift quickly between tasks.
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to assist others.
• Basic computer skills are helpful.

• Part‑time (up to 29 hours) or full‑time (30–40 hours) positions available.
• Variety of hours, including day, night, weekend, and holidays.
• Travel up to 5% of time, occasional work at nearby stores.
• Physical requirements:
  
  lift up to 10–40 pounds, stand/walk 8 hours a day, work in cooler environments; moderate noise level.
• Specialized attire required in food establishments.
