Part Time Floral Merchandiser

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Hours:

Mondays & Thursdays: approximately 6-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM;
Tuesdays & Fridays: approximately 3-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM;
Saturday or Sunday: approximately 2-hour shift

You'll work closely with your team to ensure high-quality presentation and care for floral products, helping to boost the visual appeal of local retail stores.

• Merchandising and maintaining fresh floral displays
• Watering, rotating, cleaning, and caring for floral products
• Following planograms and completing light paperwork
• Building attractive and eye-catching floral displays to enhance the shopping experience
• Lifting, moving, and organizing floral product and supplies (up to 40 lbs)
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

• A positive attitude, dependability, and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Physical capability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Experience in floral or retail merchandising is preferred but not required - training is available for the right candidate
