• Outstanding Pay Plan:

• Greet and assist customers on the lot, making them feel welcome.
• Help customers find suitable vehicles using current inventory info.
• Demonstrate vehicle features to create excitement.
• Assist with sales applications efficiently.
• Inspect and report on lot vehicles daily.
• Ensure lot merchandising maximizes sales.

• At least 1 year of automotive sales experience (preferred).
• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
• Outgoing personality and good objection handling.
• Strong customer service and sales record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with creating video content and social media engagement.
• Knowledge of electric vehicles is a plus.
• Persuasive with customer objections.
• Proficient in basic math, Microsoft Office, and sales software.
• Persistent, competitive, with a strong work ethic.
• Proactive in prospecting and lead follow-up.
