Smile Station Kids Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our team in Brunswick, MD. This role is ideal for a seasoned assistant who is confident chairside, enjoys working with children, and values being part of a close-knit, supportive practice.

• Provide chairside support during pediatric exams and procedures
• Confidently assist with restorative care, sealants, X-rays, and patient flow
• Create a calm, positive, and engaging experience for children and families
• Take digital radiographs, photos, and impressions as needed
• Prepare and efficiently turn over treatment rooms in a busy clinical setting
• Educate parents on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and post-visit care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection control protocols

• Prior pediatric dental assisting experience required
• Active dental assisting license/certification per Maryland requirements
• Strong clinical skills and comfort working independently
• Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
