Phlebotomist II Part‑Time – Brunswick, MD
Phlebotomist II Part‑Time, Monday‑Friday 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM with rotational Saturday 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
Pay range: $17.94 – $26.91 per hour. Salary offers are based on skills, training, experience, education, and applicable certifications. Successful candidates may receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities- Collect specimens by established procedures (e.g., drug screens, biometric screening, and insurance exams).
- Administer oral solutions according to training.
- Research test/client information and confirm all written and electronic orders using lab technology systems, client contact, and approved tools.
- Navigate a computer and enter data accurately.
- Obtain identification and accurately enter billing information; collect payments when required, following corporate policies.
- Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport as required by test order.
- Complete all non‑patient facing duties including inventory, stock supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, and using email as appropriate.
- Read, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols and procedures.
- Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data when required.
- Maintain all appropriate phlebotomy logs (maintenance logs, temperature logs, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Complete online and in‑person training courses promptly.
- Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Keyboard/data entry experience.
- Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on‑call and overtime.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical training preferred (medical assistant or paramedic).
- Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Position requires effective communication in English.
