What You’ll Be Doing As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the main point of contact between customers and our service team. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle concerns

Communicating recommended services and timelines clearly

Working closely with technicians to ensure accurate repairs

Keeping customers updated throughout the service process

Preparing and managing repair orders

Explaining completed work and associated costs

Building lasting relationships with customers

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone reliable, professional, and customer-focused.

Qualifications include:

Previous customer service experience (automotive experience is a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team Basic computer skills

Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive setting

Ability to explain technical information in a clear and simple way Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
