Daytime Caregiver - Afternoons - PAID WEEKLY

Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Are you passionate about providing care and support to individuals in their own homes? Griswold Home Care for Medina, Wayne & Western Stark Counties is seeking compassionate and dedicated In‑Home Caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

As an In‑Home Caregiver, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes. You will play a vital role in ensuring their well‑being and comfort. This companionship and caregiving position has flexible scheduling with afternoon shifts available. Clients typically receive 4 hours of care and at times, longer shifts may be available.

• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
• Administer medication reminders
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
• Assist with light housekeeping and household tasks
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands

• Preferred 1+ years of caregiving and mechanical lift experience but we are willing to train you
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

• Competitive wage of $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
