Our dedicated team ensures that our facility remains a welcoming and hygienic space where residents feel safe and respected.

We are looking for a diligent and experienced Housekeeping/Laundry Manager to oversee our housekeeping and laundry operations. The successful candidate will ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, sanitary, and well‑maintained, contributing to the overall well‑being of our residents and staff.

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments.
• Ensure that all areas of the facility, including resident rooms, common areas, and laundry, are clean and well‑maintained.
• Train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping and laundry staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and order supplies for housekeeping and laundry needs.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning and laundry procedures.
• Handle and resolve any issues or complaints related to housekeeping and laundry services.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high standard of service for residents.

• Experience in housekeeping and/or laundry management, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
