The Inventory Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to ensureaccurateinventory records,timely transaction processing, and availability of consumable supplies for sales branches. This roleis responsible formaintaininginventory data integrity through system inputs, processing withdrawals and returns, and coordinating the replenishment of consumables to support daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Process andmaintainaccurateinventory transactions, including withdrawals, returns, transfers, and adjustments within the ERP/WMS system.
- Ensuretimelyandaccuratedata entry to support inventory visibility and reporting.
- Coordinate ordering and replenishment of consumable materials and supplies for sales branches.
- Monitor consumable usage and stock levels to prevent shortages and disruptions.
- Support cycle count and reconciliation activities by preparing documentation andassistingwith variance research.
- Maintain inventory records, files, and audit trailsin accordance with company policies.
- Communicate with warehouse,purchasing, and branch personnel to resolve inventory inquiries and discrepancies.
- Assistwithmaintainingitem master data, locations, and inventory attributes as needed.
- Support inventory accuracy and quality control initiatives through administrative controls and compliance checks.
- Generate routine inventory and consumption reports for management review.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain , Business, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory administration, warehouse operations, or supply chain support.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems and inventory transaction processing.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
