Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our community. The pay range for this position is $28.00/hr to $30.00/hr.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, charting, and documentation.
• Ensure residents’ regimens of care are maintained and provide other duties necessary to support resident health and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high‑quality care.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio.
• Experience in a senior living setting is helpful, but not required.
• Outstanding professionalism and excellent teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to resident needs.
