Responsibilities Include:
- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document residents’ health status and responses to care
- Communicate with residents, families, and the care team professionally
- Assist in supervising STNAs and contributing to quality care delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Current, valid LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to resident care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
