Position Summary:

As an Appliance Service Technician Apprentice, get ready to dive headfirst into the world of appliance repair! Position Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, Service and repair a wide range of household appliances with precision and professionalism.
• Complete our comprehensive 12-week apprenticeship program and join our elite service team.
• Polish your soft skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.
• Learn to navigate parts lookup systems and efficiently order necessary components.
• Familiarize yourself with our company processes and software to streamline service calls and inventory management.
• Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing training opportunities to master the latest technologies.

• Above-average technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and superb organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Previous mechanical background preferred.
• A valid driver’s license, a squeaky-clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check.

Job Type and Compensation:

• Full-time position with competitive pay starting at $18.00 an hour during training.
• Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship program, enjoy a raise to $19/hour plus commission opportunities.
• Our top-notch service techs typically earn between $65,000 and $100,000 annually based on skill and performance.
• Eligible for additional bonuses based on your continued performance.
