Finance Director

Your responsibilities as a Finance Director :
Streamline European accounting processes and ensure adoption of best practices
Supervise European consolidation and ensure compliance with local GAAP and US GAAP
Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and ad hoc reports
Manage treasury, cash flow, and foreign exchange hedging
Lead transfer pricing compliance and support tax filings
Conduct internal audits and analytical reviews for domestic and international subsidiaries
Support policy development for regulatory compliance and participate in strategic projects

About you :
You hold a Master Degree in Finance
You have at least 15 years of experience in a similar role
You are experienced in multicurrency P&L, consolidations, and financial reporting
You understand GAAP & IFRS and have strong technical accounting skills
You communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, and thrive in fast-paced environments
You are highly operational, proactive, and comfortable working hands-on to address challenges efficiently.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office;
Sage X3 is a plus
