Key responsibilities
Coach and mentor Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and frameworks
Lead teams in aligning product decisions with strategic business objectives to maximize value, including prioritization strategies
Promote and facilitate cross-team learning to break down silos
Guide teams in adopting engineering best practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and Dev Ops culture
Improve response time for delivering reliable solutions to concrete business needs
Assist in implementing and tracking technical health metrics to drive continuous improvement

Scaled agile frameworks (Less)
Domain-Driven Design
Test-Driven Development and Automated testing
Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery practices
Dev Ops culture and practices
Code review methodologies
Cross-functional collaboration
Conflict resolution
Stakeholder management
Architectural visualization (C4 model)
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software solution design and delivery
Proven experience in scaled agile framework implementation
Professional background as software developer or architect
