A prominent European Institution is seeking a specialized CRM/ERP Auditor to evaluate and modernize a bespoke, "in-house" solution developed in Power Builder. The mission is to bridge the gap between legacy architecture and future-ready business processes.

Mission:

Core Mission & Responsibilities

The project is structured into four critical phases:

Process & Criticality Analysis

Conduct a deep-dive audit of current business processes.

Identify "pain points," bottlenecks, and the significance/impact of existing system issues.

Back-End Translation

Reverse-engineer and interpret the legacy Power Builder back-end.

Translate technical logic into clear functional specifications.

Process Optimization

Propose concrete strategies to simplify and streamline existing workflows.

Eliminate redundant steps to improve institutional efficiency.

Strategic Recommendations

Evaluate whether to evolve the current tool or build a new solution.

Define the roadmap for development, including architectural improvements for the CRM/ERP ecosystem.

Profile:

· Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of legacy systems, specifically Power Builder (essential for the audit phase).

· Analytical Mindset:
Proven experience in business process mapping and "criticality" assessment.

· Strategic Vision:
Ability to translate complex back-end data into high-level optimization strategies.

· Communication:
Excellent English skills, with the ability to navigate a multicultural, institutional environment.
