Position: Application Project Manager

Our client is looking for an Application Project Manager to join them on a contract basis. Please be aware for this role the successful candidate must have a belgium residence and speak English and French/Dutch.

You will be based out of their Brussels office and will be required to go into the office 50% of the time.

Key responsibilities

setup of the project: agree project objectives with management and stakeholders, ensure project effort and cost estimation, ensure project planning and ensure project

sourcing - setup of project staffing and/or sub-contracting

monitoring of the project:ensure availability of all project deliverables, observing scope, quality (a.o. functional requirements, work orders towards internal or external suppliers), costs and deadlines as foreseen in the plans, ensure that all objectives and requirements are taken into account, monitor and manage all risks related to the project, ensure application of the gating principles at the different project stages

ensure that all involved parties, including sub-contractors, adhere to enterprise rules and standards (including Compliance, Permanent Control and Operational Risk)

documentation and reporting on the project: ensure that the different project documents are created and maintained during the project's life to reflect all changes occurred

handover of the project deliverables: continuously align and share information during the project with the parties who will ensure the "run" activity once the project is finished, handover at the end of the project

Required skills

Good IT background

English and French/Dutch speaking

Practical experience with running projects involving Salesforce  (main tool, from lead mngt to invoicing) - good understanding of the integrated solution and components (CPQ, FSL, CRM, ...) and concepts

Strong expertise in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams) and light automations

Solid experience in project management methods, processes and tools (Waterfall methods like Prince2 (> 5y) , Agile (> 3y), Clarity, MS Projects)

Facilitation skills and orchestrating multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
