Service description

We are transitioning an SAP IT operating model toward a product-oriented approach. Within this context, we are looking for a Business Analyst to support an SAP HR product operating in an Agile, Scrum-based setup. The scope covers both the operation of existing solutions and the implementation of new tools.

The SAP landscape is based on S/4

HANA, with a strong focus on user experience and a Fiori-first approach. A transition toward a private cloud solution is planned by 2027.

Working closely with the product team, you will continuously improve HR-related business processes and applications by analyzing, defining, and documenting business requirements.

Key responsibilities

Analyze, describe, and model business requirements related to HR processes and applications

Independently manage new requirements and produce functional specifications and documentation

Define and validate user stories and acceptance criteria

Prepare test scenarios and support testing and user acceptance testing

Provide second-level support for HR applications, mainly Fiori-based

Identify, analyze, and help resolve system bugs

Ensure alignment between business processes and technical solutions, including interfaces with other domains such as Finance, Controlling, and Procurement

Advise the Product Owner and challenge functional specifications to ensure optimal IT solutions

Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams across Belgium and Germany to prioritize and plan product evolution

Develop specialist reporting and perform data analysis to support business decisions

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in HR-related environments

Strong understanding of HR processes and their impact on other business domains

Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages:
Dutch, French, or German

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with user stories, test scenarios, testing activities, and UAT follow-up

Ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the HR product team

Experience with S/4

HANA, SAP HR modules, OM and PA, and Fiori is an asset

Good communication skills with users and stakeholders

Good knowledge of BPMN, UML, and functional documentation

Practical information

Work regime:
Full-time

Location:

Brussels, with occasional travel to Berlin

Onsite presence: 2 days per week on site

For assignments in Belgium, non-EU candidates must hold a valid Belgian work permit and residence permit

Contracting and purchasing conditions apply depending on the country where the purchase order is issued, and the location may change in line with local requirements
