Position: Talencia Consulting - Project Manager IT
Talencia is looking for a “Project Manager IT” for one of its clients.

Location : brussels
Duration : 6 months renewable

Description       Lead and deliver large-scale IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budget, scope, and quality expectations.
Define and maintain project governance, including planning, risk and change management, stakeholder engagement, progress reporting, and steering committee coordination.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage all technical project aspects, including infrastructure, security, performance, system integration, and business acceptance preparation.
Oversee the delivery of external suppliers and partners, ensuring effective management of planning, quality, costs, and procurement processes when required.
Foster collaboration and continuous improvement by coaching Solution Analysts, facilitating knowledge sharing, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and lessons learned.

Profile       University degree (or equivalent higher education) with at least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, including experience delivering large and complex projects.
Strong project management expertise, with PMP or equivalent certification considered an asset, and a proven track record in cross-functional environments.
Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments across operational, management, and executive levels.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, combined with a customer-focused, results-oriented, and proactive approach.
Fluent in English and French or Dutch, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.
